Is there an error code on the system or what seems to be happening to report the fault? If yes, ask the customer to turn off the power, leave for 10-seconds and restart.
Is the display blank on the inverter or generation meter or has a fuse tripped?

This initial diagnoses will allow us to better interpret where the fault might be coming from.
