We are suspending inbound enquiries until 01/04/2022.

To some, this may sound like a crazy business decision but as of the 14th of March 2022, we are putting a pause on accepting any new enquiries. This is in response to the surge in demand we’ve received since the turn of the year.

Since returning from our Christmas break, we have seen a sharp increase in the number of people looking to reduce their energy consumption. Our order book and quote list have been filling fast despite adding a number of new employees to the business. As a result, we are currently looking at lead times of nearly 6-months for certain technologies.

With over 100 customers waiting patiently for a proposal, in addition to those waiting for installations, we need to pause our inbound enquiries to catch up so that we can deliver the standard of service expected by our customers.

GreenGenUK is extremely grateful to find itself in this position. We would like to thank you all for considering GreenGen for your renewable solutions. We hope that our customers understand why we have made this decision. The pause will be in place for three weeks, running from Monday, 14th March until the 1st of April 2022. We will work hard throughout this period and if we can end the pause sooner rest assured that we will.

The enquiry form on our website will be updated. We will inform anybody submitting an enquiry of the situation and enquiries will be logged. We can then contact you in April to pick back up on things. At this point, we will be able to help those enquiring with the benefit of our time and expertise.
