In March 2014, GreenGenUK were selected after a comprehensive tender process to provide solar systems for two hospital sites within Cornwall on behalf of the Cornwall Foundation NHS Partnership

Our customer requested as part of the tender that we provide two proposals for each site, a standard system and a premium system. They selected the later for both sites which at Banham House consisted of the following:
- 36 x Q.Cells Q.PEAK G3 275w Modules (Made in Germany)
- 1 x SMA Tripower 10,000 inverter
- 36 x Renusol Console+ Mounting boxes for flat roofs
The overall installation is part of a wider investment in to carbon reduction and energy saving within the NHS. The Cornwall Foundation NHS Partnership have also installed Electric Car Charging points at Banham House as well as purchasing a number of Renault ZOE Electric Vehicles.
Each year the Solar PV system will provide approx 9,000kWh of clean electricity to use on site as well as saving over 5tonnes of Carbon dioxide.
