Another of our July Solar PV Installations, this one from Porthleven in Cornwall.
With a couple of shading issues it was decided that the proposed array would benefit by having Power Optimisers installed on each Solar Module. 16 Solar Modules can be significantly effected by just 1 of the modules being shaded. Power Optimisers ensure that each module contributes the best that it can and does not allow lower performing modules to effect the overall system.
Other advantages of the Solar Edge Power Optimised system is that each module can be monitored online or via smart devices such as Phones and Tablets. This ensure the owner has complete control over the system and can learn what to expect from the system throughout the year.
