Colin Carter’s Eggs is a family run business which has been involved in egg production for over 100 years. The eggs are produced and packed locally then delivered throughout Cornwall to homes and business.
With such a high electricity demand Solar PV was an obvious choice for the Carter Family who had already invested in Solar Thermal for their home.
The Solar PV System is expected to generate in excess of 18,000kWh of Clean Electricity per year, 70% of which shall be used on site by the farm with the remaining being exported to the grid.
